Defect in Swift Diesel VDI Car

We have purchased new Swift Diesel VDI Car Regn. No. WB20H4048 from Dewar's Garage, 4, Council House Street, Kolkata on 26.10.2007 being Cust Id No. C071020640 & Key No. 6103.

From the begining there is a problem in the car that the car is pulling towards the left side while driving. After that we are in continuos touch with the above mentioned dealer, Maruti Regional Office Manager, Kolkata & even in Gurgaon but till yet our car is same as before.

From 01.12.2007 the above mentioned car was lying idle in Dewar's Garage, Code 0605 for the service of the same but as

the car was not made completed by them & as per the technical person of their garage the car is ok, yesterday we tooked our car back from them in that connection after nothing was done.

Now also they are saying that the car is ok.

So we want that the co. should be charged for the loss of time, money & other problem which we have suffered & also to make the car otherwise change the same.
