Alto 1.1 resale problem

I bought Alto VX in Jan. Company has launched Alto 1100cc in VX model in 01 after one year it has stoped its production at that time its price was 3.80 lakh . after one year company has launced Alto Lx 800cc engine in same chasie no change externally at cost 2.25 lakh. common man do not believe that both cars are different. My cars resale price is going to decide on the basis of new price of Alto 800 that is not genuine. It is due to companay . because they about own profit not for customers.

Please give me appropriate advise
