Misuse of 4th year extended warrenty

I purchased wagon r from pebco motor, jamshedpur, jharkhand on 21/sep. I Purchased the scheme of 4th year extended warrenty. In the last servicing from pebco motor my self solenoid is not working. self solenoid replacement comes under extented warrenty, but not changed by pebco motor.
