Very bad service

Hi,

I had purchased a Maruti Swift vxi on November from Kalyani Motors, Bangalore.

Right from day one, i am undergoing the torture of bearing the rattling sound from the doors.

Just imagine... purchasing a new vehicle by paying huge amount and by the time you reach your home, there is a problem in the vehicle.

whenever i drive the car, i feel like im driving an old Diesel vehicle (which has more vibrations).

I had not expected this from maruti stable.

In fact i went to the service providers (Kalyani Motors bangalore, Mandovi motors bangalore) to rectify the problem but instead of fixing the problem, the service advisor tries to fool me.

He says that the problem exists with all the vehicles fitted with power windows.

The vibrations at the doors are at such high levels that i dont feel like driving the vehicle any more.

Concerned authorities can help me on this.
