My Car - Alto LXi - AP09BJ2154
On a rating scale of 0-5 (5 being the best) i would rate the service standard of Mithra Agencies (Hyderabad - RTC Crossroads)
first free service - 4.5 (Quite good)
second free service - 3 (Neutral)
third and final free service - 1 (Extremely poor)
thereby indicating that the standard of services deteriorates with each passing day
Complaint:
I got my 3rd and final service done on 13th Sept 08, sat (Supervisor - B Raju) and have the following grievances
1. There was an USB cable attachment to my car music system which has been detached and stolen
2. I requested the supervisor B Raju to mend a small dent on the plastic car bumper, which he did not undertake siting time constraint
3. B. Raju advised the car clutch to be changed (which would have an appx expenditure burden of Rs 4K)... this has come as a surprise as the car has been in use for only about 8 months and run about 3500 Kms... On second opinion from outside, I have been told that there has been a normal erosion in the clutch plate and the same need not be replaced for atleast the next 6 months.
4. I have been charged Rs 760/- on various accounts despite this being a free service.
5. Have not been too satisfied with the quality of services as I could not make out any difference whatsoever before and after the service, nor have any report card been provided to me
The intent of this complaint is to create public awareness of the kind of after sales services Maruti actually provides to its customers...
