Problem and Extortion in Purchasing of Maruti Alto in True value shop

Dear Sir,

Since last 6 Months Iam facing the problem and Extortion

By the Maruti Dealer Acer Motors Secunderabad

Iam very sorry to inform you that I purchased Maruti Alto-LX Model -Dec .on 17-Aug

from your Dealer Acer Motors Secunderabad, I paid Total Amount by cheque Rs 171, 000 /-But sstill they have not transfered the papers on my name they have not paid the earlier dues to HDFC Bank and not given me NOC to transfer the RC, But they have delivered the car and even they have put duplicate silencer to the Car, several times Iam appraoching them but they are giving all false promises and rude answers, by this way your company reputation and name being spoiled at the customer level, you have to take action immediately on the said dealer and get the papers tranferred immediately other wise I will put the cheating case against you in the consumer forum and i will collect the double amount which i have paid.
