Bad service

I bought Maruti Wagon R LXI from vipul motors (Old Faridabad) two month back. after my second service they changed my clutch plate and when i got my car after service its gear was not working properly. but i had to go to outstation. when i came back i went to service centre. they refused that clutch plate has rined and it has to change. how can it is possible that before service everything was fine and after service it was damaged. please help me out.
