Complaint

I gave my Wagon -R Car bearing no. AP 26 P 6767, 4 days agao, for 4th service at RK Saboo Service at Somajiguda, Hyderabad and on return i found my power windows were not working. On complaining the same, they attempted to repair but coud not do so and was told that elctrical items have no warranty/guarantee and was asked to get it replaced on my own. I paid Rs.1300/- to get the repair done.

To my surprise the mechnic confirmed me that the power wondow sysytem failed due to excess water went in the circuit.

I got the vehicle serviced for 3 times without a single complaint from Nellore and on 4th service i had to spend this extra money.

I am not happy with the service at Saboo, Somajiguda. I personally feel it is the pure negligence of the service staff, that costed me this money & trouble.
