Reg: Complain in my New MARUTI SUZUKI SWIFT VDI car…..

Dear Sir

My name is Mr. Manjibhai Ravjibhai Kheradiya. I had purchased Maruti SWIFT VDI approx. 3 months ago and it has run approx. 3000 Kilometers. From the Initial days of purchase only, I found the noise in the front wheels and subsequently I took it to Kiran Mototrs at Bamroli Road here in Surat. I was told it was a minor problem and will be solved. I submitted my Brand New car there. When I got the car back, the same problem was still persisting. Again I took it to the service station and again they took my car for re assessment. But when I got the car back from the service station second time also, the same noise started again after 2 days of delivery. I TOOK IT AGAIN to the service station. I was told that they will REPLACE the FRONT SHOCK ABSORBERS and the noise was due to this only. This was the 3rd time I had put my new Car in the Maruti Service Station (Kiran Mototrs). I was given back my car on Sunday i.e. yesterday, BUT THE PROBLEM IS STILL THE SAME AND NOISE IS STILL COMMING. At this time, NEW problem started, the POWER STEERING WHEEL has become hard and Jam!! I have been dealing with the representative of Kiran Motors here in Surat whose cell no: is 0-9714000229.

What do I do now??
