Dirty seats in new ca

I booked a Zen Estillo LXI car from Millennium Mobility Pune, a Dealer of Maruti cars and made payments through cheques. Yesterday ie on 23/05 when we went for the delivery of the car, we were horrified to see the interior of the car. There was no plastic covers on the seat and lots ot stain/patches/ blots were noticed on both the rear and front seats. We have photographs of the front seat also, which we took from the mobile camera. Officials present were not able to give any satisfactory amswer, rather they were trying hussing up the matter by offering free seat covers.

We have not taken the delivery of the car as we suspect some foul play.

Chasis number of the car is 184105

Engine no of the car is 3312910

Kindly advise for the further action.
