Befooling the costome

I have booked Maruti Dzire Zxi petrol on24-sep-08 by depositing Rs 50000.00 in cash. On3oth Nov I have been informed by Ms Sandha & Avinash from One-Up motors, Lucknow that the car is available for delivery & I must deposit at least Rs 50000.00 immidiately so that they can in form Maruti. On 2-12-08 i deposied Rs 50000.00 by cheque. At that timethey asked me to arrange the balance payment immidiately to them so that Ican take delivery of car. I reached the showroom after arranging finance form my bank O.B.C. Alambagh, Lucknow & asked Them to give me delivery of car. To my surprise, They refused me to give the delivery of car by saying that the car is on the way & presently not available. From 4-12-08 I contected Mr. Mukesh Tyagi & others and enquired about the but they only misleaded me about the delivery. This was continued till11-12-08 but the vehicle was not delivered to me. Mr Tyagi asked me to deposite the balance payment & assured me that he will adjust in final invoice the loss of interest to me, I believed him & deposited Rs.542000.00 by bank draft on 11-12-08.the car was delivered to me on 07-01 by One Up motors without adjusting any amount for the loss to me due to delay in delivery & their lies. Rs 6.42 Lacs where with One-Up motors For nearly a month & I have to pay the interest to Bank. Their behaviour was not proper & tried to cheat me. I have to suffer a loss of Rs;6000.00 due to One -Up motors Lucknow
