Maruti Dzire
Tyre cut while driving

I bought a new maruti dzire vdi on november 5th.while travelling my tyre suddenly flattened up, which i found out later was a tyre cut, my car had only traveeled 500 kms by then.

i want to know whosw fault is it? jk tyres or maruti? who is going to take the responsibility? AM I GOING TO BE COMPENSATED?
