Wrong commitments

My Esteem car no.is DL-8C-Q-1341 purchased on 8th Nov.2007 from DD Motors, Wazirpur.

Its warrenty is expired today so i want to extend the warreny.yesterday I.E. 7th Nov.09 I went to Maruti Master Service, Jahangirpuri, Delhi-110033 regards to extend the warrenty period, Mr. Krishna Tyagi met me at Maruti Master Service and he replied to come on 8th Nov.09.

Today again i went to Maruti Master Service and again met to Mr. Krishna Tyagi & some other officials but they all clearly denied to extend the warrenty. Their reply was your warrenty has been expired this can be continued only before 12:00hrs on 7th Nov.09

Now M not satisfied with the staff response.
