Maruti Esteem VX
Bad service

I took my esteem car to Hercules International Motors Pvt Ltd (Maruti Dealers and service centre) at Mavelikar, Dist Allpuzha, Kerala for repair of a whirring sound. The service technician told me it is due to the ac fan getting stuck and he disconnected the ac and the fan belt. When i drove the vehicle its power steering was not functioning. Later he put the fan belt again and changed a fuse. But the sound persisted. He said that one valve and one switch needs to be changed. I brought back my vehicle because his hit and trial method of diagnosis of the car fault made me uncomfortable. The Maruti Suzuki website for "Contact Us" is not working since the last one month. I wanted to tell maruti udyog about the same. Now I am stuck with that whirring sound and no qualified Maruti mechanic to turn to
