STUPID SERVICE CENTRES_PASCO_01

My car met with an accident & minor denting was requirred on front left portion. The car was bought from PASCO MOTORS GURGAON & all services are being done at PASCO so the car was taken to their Body Shop (Accident Repair Shop) at gurgaon.

The car attendent (manager) Mr Saksham was shown the vehicle & repairs were suggested by him with insurence company paying the claim. To my utter surprise after the repairs were half done I was told that the insurance adviser some Mr Chawla has not passed the claim & I need to pay Rs 3500/- extra if I want my car to be repaired.

The insurence has been done by Maruti & I feel A RACKET IS BEING RUN TO LOOT THE CLIENTS BY NOT PROVIDING THEM THE INSURENCE BENEFITS.

The manager simply says talk to higher authorities I can't help.

The car is laying at PASCO for last 15 days & parking bill has exceeded this Rs3500/- bill.

I hope Maryti authorities will intervene to close such RACKETS.
