Ad service and also bad behaviou

We have maruti exteem vxi model 2006

when we go to service at prem motors service center gwalior, my problem not resolved so many times after i asks and also give excuses every time, some parts are not have or order firstly than by order we get that thing after that we change. every time washing are so dirty and services are very poor, every time i go 2 to 4 times for same problem, but still problem in not resoved . my car ariel is making sounds and not work properly, they excuse that it is changed now due to

and when we told to change they told firstly u order him after that we getting from company and changed
