LPG Late Delivery

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Varahini. We have got gas agency name Maruthi Gas Agency in HSR Layout, 7th Sector Opp. Lawrence School (next to Kotak mahindra ATM).

After the increase in LPG cylinder, from last 3-4 months my LPG Cylinder is being delayed for delivery. Suppose if i book a gas today, i will receive only maximum after 10-12 days.

So this month i have booked a cylinder, but that automatic gas booking quotes, that "YOUR GAS AGENCY HAS CLEARED RECENT DELIVERIES UPTO SEP 3RD 2011."

So i am sure, this month also delivery in LPG cylinder will be late, not only for me, many people are suffering.

I have already spoken to the staff in Maruthi gas agency, they tell it is a load problem. what is this load problem? will it not get solved and from past two months, i doubt that the cylinder gas is very less weighing. is there any method to check. i am using cylinder from past many years, i have been using one cylinder for almost 45 days. but i regret to inform that from past two months, the gas is getting over in 34 days. i am sure that the consumption we are doing is almost same all the months. so i request you to please look into these two problems and kindly solve this issue.
