SUB: Non delivery of cylinder despite booking on 22.12.08, which was done after 21 days of supply, rude behaviour of delivery boy, delivery of invoice at the time of delivery of Cylinder, non intimation of wait list number at the time of booking and non attending telephone

I am pained to bring your kind notice, that booked for my cylinder on 22.12.08. At the time of booking they did not intimate waiting list number which is not followed. (To curtail their apathetic and rude and insensitive behaviour, you can delope a software to enable customer to book their order like this complaint. This will eliminate many of the malpractices indulged in by the dealer. This is the prime requirement)
02. The lady (Madame Dhanalakshmi never picks up phone after struggling for nearly 1 hour if we are fortunate, she frequently tells, the supply will be done today or tomorrow. It is always evasive promise only to buy time. We as the customer are helpless and totally at their mercy. I have one month back brought my mother aged 73 for her treatment of spinal bone breakage. She has to be given hot food every time. This is also adding my problem. Where I will get another cylinder.
03. The delivery boy's behaviour you can't imagine, he will never deliver invoice. If invoice is given you can know the date of intended delivery. It is deliberately not given to facilitate
i) to hide the previous date to supply to hotel for higher cost and make unjust profit
ii) to leave the customer in high risk in not being able to fight the deficiency in supply/ quantitity and others. Non supply of bill eventually helps them.
04. We are suffering silently. It is also big scame. Please wake up from deep slumber and arrange to check with few customers. You will come to know the truth. In that process you will help the organisation to improve the image of the IOC a prestigious national organisation committed to serving people transparently.
