Non receipt of cylinder despite one month

Dear Sir,

SUB: Non receipt of Gas Cylinder - Non giving of Inovice- not picking up telephone - rude behaviour of delivery boys.

REF: Customer NO : 28029 with M/s Maruti Gas Service, Anna Nagar ph No: 26154243 -245

I have not been supplied cylinder despite booking on 22.12.08 i.e. 21 days after the supply of previous cylinder.

2. They are totally apathetic. We are helpless in the face of their discourteous service. Please initiate tough action.

3. Booked bottle is diverted to other sources to make huge money. Hence delay and non giving of bill. This is another scam like Satyam. Please investigate.

4. I am lodging complaint with CVC and other consumer forum

5. Solution is create site to facilitate online booking with customer no and Shop no as link. You can easily address their apathy by facilitating online booking.

6. We not only complain but also offer solution. Please help us.
