Maruti indane distributors, Anna nagar
Phone lines are not answered

Maruti gas agency at Anna nagar has 4 dedicated phone lines for gas booking. I have been trying for the past one week to call them and book gas. Either the numbers are busy or if it rings, some one picks the call, says hello, but later hangs it up. Yesterday twice I got through the line, a lady picked up and asked for the consumer #, but when I say the number, the phone gets disconnected.

Should I assume she has taken the complaint or that she has not noted it down at all. What is the status of my booking. Already one week gone and I am desperate. Is it not the practice for the person who takes the call to take the consumer number, and give the booking status and is it not necessary for her to give us a deadline by which we can receive the gas and give us a waiting number?

The attitude of the people working there is very bad and not customer oriented. I definitely need a reply on this from maruti indane gas agency as to how we can reach them to book gas. The website mentioned www.marutiindane.com is useless, it doesnt respond, and when we send an sms we dont get any confirmation and we are left in the dark as to if it is booked or not.
