Service tax theft

Respected Sir,

I would like to register a complain against Maruti International movers and packers who is cheating public by all means and beside this he does not provide proper bill or receipt of the payment and even for last payment they refused to provide any bill. I am sure they do not pay service tax accordingly because they do not mention their service/sale tax no. on bill/receipt. Being a concerned citizen I feel its my duty to inform the concerned authorities so that appropriate action can be taken. Below are the details -
