Starting Problem

Sir,

I purchase the car on 27th Sep 2007. From the first service itself it had a problem on starting trouble. Now I finished the 4th service and also the year service. Still this problem is there. Every time I courted this, as a major problem in my car, but the people dose not attend the problem. I very much worry about this. How can I rectify it? Today also my car is on workshop at ABT Maruti Suzuki service center, Madurai. Kindly do necessary steps for my favour.
