Maruti Omni-8 seater Silki Silver
Non dilivery Of Car From Show Room

Hi, My self Nitiin Kaushik booked a Maruti Omni-8 seater Silki Silver from T R Swahney-Gokalpuri showroom on 19th Sep.09 with a cash payment of Rs. 5000/- and later Rs.20000/- on 25th sep09. The remaining amount was loned by HDFC bank and the D.O. was also received to showroom on 19th sep.09.

Till date, i have not been delivered the Car. When asked with the showroom officials, they excuse non delivery of that color car from Maruti. I am helpless what to do as my EMI also started by bank. Kindly suggest...
