Faulure to detect the defect problems

I purchased a maruti omni LPG van with engine number 2949994 and chassis number 710774, model MARUTI OMNI MPI with a State Bank loan in the year 2005. I found a tear in front seat when i opened the plastic sheet after two weeks. The company took six months to replace the seat after repeated notices.

At the same time i noticed some jerking movements when switching on to petrol mode. with initial rectification the same trouble recurred again and again. Interestingly the company never recorded my complaint on complaint sheet.

Since i was using the van with LPG I didnot pester about the complaint.

Now with the same complaint, the company says that they have to go through ENGINE WORK with no guarantee of rectification and no warranty because the vehicle is 3 yrs old.

Now i am in a nightmare to take my vehicle out of bangalore because lpg is not available in other cities.

I wish to be highlighted on further course of action.
