Dear Sir,

we have purchase maruti OMNI LPG STD - CHASSIS NO. MA3EVB11S01135115 V. NO. RJ 14 CH 3683 FROM SANGA AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD DATED 23/09/09 ON NAME OF MR. SHANTI LAL BHANDARI .

FROM DAY 1 WE ARE FACING PROBLEM OF STARTING TROUBLE WITH THE CAR & CAR STOP ANYWHERE - ANY TIME . iT DO NOT

START AGAIN IN PETROL & LPG MODE .

NOW FROM LAST 5 DAY, WE HAVE GIVE IT TO SANGA AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD & TILL TODAY ARE UNABLE TO SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM & always promise us to give car by next day.

AS PER OUR SIDE, WE THINK IT IS MANUFACTURING DEFECT & COMPANY MUST REPLACE THE CAR & GIVE US NEW ONE .

BUT NO ONE IS TAKING THE RESPONSIBILITY.

we had contact maruti toll free no & give our feedback to Mr. s. singh ref no. 8861773304 & contact your jaipur office for the same with Mr. Rathore your jaipur office & he promise us to get by by tomorrow.

We hope & request Maruti company to take the proper & URGENT action in this matter & get back to us.

If we are not having proper response, we will take up this issue legally.
