Hi,
I am fedup with the overall services provided by Maruti dealer (Regent Automobiles) after purchase the car. since purchase i am always face lots of problem in services.
My car met with an accident and i drop my car regent ghaziabad in there invoice they mentioned the card get delivered on 30 April but till date work is not completed even 25%. why you people make a false promise with the customers.people in after sales services did not have any manners and commitment and never think about customer problem . they just pass the time and nothing else. acc to them maruti did not deliver the part that need to replace even after order 2 times. in whole situation customer is facing problem and no one else. Maruti claim always to be no 1 in customer care even show jd awards logo always but its too strange that this rating is based on facts that no where exist.
I also raise this issue earlier but at that time i get response from higher authority and they assure that next time such kind of problem will not occur. but again same problem . dont you think you have to take some process so that customer will not face problem.
