Delay in service

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Ritz car VDI from Jamkash Veichelaids last year in replacement of Swift LXI & now not satisfied with the performance of my car. The average that was communicated to me at the time of purchase was 21 or 22, but my car is giving 15-16 . Moreover i have requested many times at jamkash bue they have delayed it till 4th service, now yesterday i have requested for pick & drop service for my 4th service & now they are saying that we have a huge washing load so your car is being droped after service after 1 day, being an very old Maruti customer i cannot expect this kind of service, Kindly look into the matter.
