MAruti Service centre (T R Sawhney loni road)
After service no body has attended the problem

Dear Sir,

I got my Alto (0642) serviced by T R Sawhney motors just 4 days ago (22 Dec) only and since then my car is unable to start, it is really a big problem for me. I have been calling all the help line number for last 2 days but nobody has attended the problem so far. I have tried to talk to the VP of the service centre (9999399102) he responded so badly, I called 22816444 help line number talked to Komal, ganga, Sant ram all of them told me the lie.

I really do not understand why such poor bodies are given the authrization for the servicing facilities, I do not think it is fault of T R Sawhney, I feel it all the fault of the Maruti only keep such low standards for the autrization of service centre, They do not think of the problem a customer is facing. For the last 2 days I have been calling many people all telling lie.

I feel like I have been cheated please register my complaint againt both Maruti and T R Sawhney motors (loni road).
