Dd motors (wazirpur industrial area}are not doing there right jo

My name is kamal and i am totaly confused to what i do now? i have maruti swift iam gone to the service center to dd motors (wazirpur) but they are not doing there work properly if any part of the engine is defective they said it is right and we are not change this part 4 to 5 times (we go there and) then changes the part in warrenty they changes the old parts i want to know that if my car is in warrenty & its defective so why they are not changing the parts now my head oil seal is leaking but they said its all right i think this time if dd motors are not doing there right job then i am gone to the consumer court
