Poor Service

We have purchase of one Veichle alto Nos is DL9CQS 2789 FroM DD Motor Limited At Maya Puri New Delhi -64 Our Third Free Service Was Due Which I decided to avail at Magic Auto a-93 maya puri industruial Area Phase -2 New Delhi (Authorise Maruti Dealer) when i went to collect my veichle after servicing i noticed lots of scratch Marks on the driver side door which were not there when i gave the vechile to Magic Auto.

When i Complained to them insteaded of listening to me and solving my problem they did not give any responses.

THIS IS SERIOUS LAPSE ON THE PART OF MAGIC AUTO WHERE THE CUSTOMER IS HARRESED AND NEW PROBLEMS ARE GIVEN IN VEICHLE. IN THIS REPUTATION OF MARUTI SUZUKI IS ALSO EFFECTED SO I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THIS DELER SHIP SO THAT PEOPLE LIKE US ARE NOT HARRESED IN FUTURE
