Poor After Sales Service

I have a MARUTI ALTO Lxi which was given 4 times at BATRA AUTO COMPANY (faridabad) for some sensor problem as its RPM fluctuates abnormaly while driving with A/C switched ON. My car is under warranty and i have been told by many mechanics that it has some sensor problem. But MARUTI is not bothered to change this part under warranty as it is a manufacturing defect.

I am really amazed to see this kind of response and its truely not acceptable. Its been 4th time, my car is there in MARUTI service station / workshop.
