Maruti Suzuki Alto Lxi
Cheated by Competent Motors, New Delhi

I have recently exchanged my Maruti Alto Lxi bought in May from Competent Motors, Connaught Place, New Delhi with a Swift Lxi. During evaluation at 5-7 places I learnt that the bonnet of the car is repainted and even the inside quarter panels near the tail gate has been replaced by the original dealer. Being a novice I couldn't even realize this treacherous act by Competent Motors in last one year. I had to face humiliation during evaluation, since most of them believed that 'I' did all this and now trying to act smart. I got 15k-20k less, then what I could have got, since the car was in showroom condition even though with 19, 500 km on dial. Being in India, I am not expecting much from Maruti, but still wanted everyone to know that how much it hurts, when you are cheated by such a big organization.
