Missing accessories

I purchased Maruti Suzuki A Star Vxi on 27-04 at RNS motors Bijapur (Karnataka), but the vehicle was not deliverd with cigerrate lighter accessory, when contacted the dealer over phone, answering irresponsibly asking me to contact the concerned sales person. If the way of delivering of new vehicle is like this, what can i expect from the present dealer in future.
