I booked a car (wagonR lxi) with 'Auto High Tech, Kolkata' on 20-12, offered them pay- order on 26-12, they then said, they donot have stock now and will contact me later when they get supply from the company.on 13-01 they intimated me that they cannot keep the commitment now. They are asking for pay-order and telling many stories of discomfort each one is different from others. The moral of the stories are pay Rs.11000 more and take delivery at the end of january. I am using a car of their made since long and I still think it is one of the best cars. I sent a message to the company on 10-01 but could not get desireable reaction till now. I now think that in Maruti-Suzuki comany commitment, values and ethics has taken a back seat. Company has lost direction-Amit Bandyopadhyay, kolkata
