I am Jyoti Prasad Bora, I am a Owner one Maruti 800 car No AS02A5452. I given the car in the Maruti authorised dealer at Nagaon Assam in Ramlal Durgadutta Motors Private LTD on 9th Feb for repair some defects. The dealer informed me that the car will be ready at 5-00 PM and you will be informed. But no information was received from the dealer about the delivery on 9th february. On 10th february at about 4-00 PM informed me that the car was ready. When i alongwith my driver went to dealer, i Saw that about 8-00 lt petrol was expended. when i given the car to repair, i was reported some my friend that the car was used by one mechanic for his family purpose and fuel was used my stock. I have lodged my complain in the dealer, but no positive response. I request you to take necessary action and i also want to know from the company that during the reparing period the vehicle is permissible to company personal to use their personel use.
