Poor Service from Service Center Of Maruti Suzuki-Vasanthi Automobiles-Pondicherry

I may not be one of the proud owners of Maruti Swift. My vehicle no is PY 01 AE 2054. I had an accident May. After that I gave it for repairing it in Vasanthi Automobiles in Pondicherry. As I am not tied up with Maruti Insurance Vasanthi asked for some payment. Initially I paid Rs. 30, 000/- but they did not even touched the vehicle. They were convincing me stating that parts have not come from maruti. Every time it was next week. Again they asked for payment and I paid Rs. 100000/- on 11/12 and I also told them that I will pay again once they start the work. But still the same promises are made to me that still parts not received from maruti. For some parts if it takes 9 months. I have wasted my 9 months behind following this
