Unprofessional attitude of maruti deale

I was travelling in my maruti 800 (UP80 W 1251) from raipur to bilaspur for a week end with my family, On the way my car got heated up and had a breake down. I called the local Raipur dealer (SPARSH AUTOMOBILE) for the solution and repair of the car on 0771-4701112 and some Miss Beena told me that they are unable to help me as it is 5.15 pm and we cannot send anybody therefore we have to wait till next day.

I felt so insecure because I was with my family and car broke down approx 45 km from raipur towards bilaspur (place called simga) I requested them i am ready to pay all the charges they want, But they told me that they cannot do anything right now.

Finally I have to leave my car to a local mechanic (mujahid) and hired a taxi for raipur at it was getting dark and I was reeling very unsafe, Althought it was a tough decision for me to leave my car with a local machanic, But I gave the priorty to my family security and return back leaving my car in the unsafe hands of the local machanic

I request Maruti company to take action against these unprofessional dealers who are tarnishing the image of the company and hitting the confidance of maruti consumer like me who has never tried any other brand since last 10 years. This incident has dented my confidance in the service of maruti who claims that there service centers are available all accorss, As they are not able to give the service even in 50 kms radius of a state capital.
