No delivery And no answers friom modern automobiles ambala

Sir,

we had baaoke a swift zxi some 18 days back at modern automobiles Ambala. they had promised to give the car within 15 days... after 5 days of booking they started saying it has been dispatched and will reach you in two days and then they promised to deliver us on 3 august then on 5 august... now on 5 august they say it hasnt been dispatched yet will take more days... they dont even answer to our calls properly and making a fool out of us.. our family is part of maruti family since 1991 with maruti 800 then another 800 then zen vxi, recently had a a star vxi... even our relatives are all part of maruti family... is this the service and the way we will be treated .. if proper immediate action is not taken we and all our relatives will make it sure that we never again buy a maruti suzuki product...
