Late delivery of swift vdi

Sir, i booked swift vdi on 1/08 by TANU MOTORS PVT. LTD.palanpur. they promis that they give the car on14/08.I give full payment on10/08 On13/08 they call me that your car not come from plant beacause, compneay had fault of tyres so compney has no prodaction of swift vdi and they not sure when they deliver my car to me.
