Delay in Delivery of Vehicle - Swift Dezire ZDI

Hi,
I have booked Swift Dezire ZDI in Prem Automobiles, Agra on 11/08 by paying them 5000.00 cheque.
They assured the delivery of vehicle by the end of august. The dates were posponed consistently and now they are saying that the vehicle will be delives by first week of October.
This is unacceptable. They should not take a booking until and unless they are sure of the delivery date themselves.
