About maruti swift vdi

i have purchased maruti swift vdi from shakti motors sirsa (haryana) in july and got the car serviced from authorised dealer m/s pankaj motors, moga (punjab) at regular as per instructions. but i am facing following problems with the vehicle:-

1. that the brake disks of the car is making noise and i have got them changed from the pankaj motors at moga.but the sound still not gone.now they are asking me to get change the drums too.

2. that the horn of the car stops working at regular intervals

3. that the tyre of the car runs only 32000ms

some other problems also occured in the car . sir i want that my above vehicle must be inspected by some good mechanic and i got my vehicle ok. thnks
