Complain for working not properly

Dear sir,

i m SURESH KALERARWAL. i m owner of wagonr my car no. is RJ-14-CD-8947 & chasis no. is 564533. my cars pick up is very worst. so i m very irreated with company services & responce bcoz last three time i went your service station but they are not attentive about my problem. i m a last 14 years ago customer so please sir attation on my complain & immeditily givn the response bcoz i m surfing a lot from this car and i got a lot of loss in my business. in last they r saying that my car's value is depreciated up to 1.40 lacs. so please reply me immediately.
