Dead batteries

Recently i bought a kodak film ASA200 from a kodak dealer here in srinagar kashmir (mimic studious). With it i got a pair of your extra heavy duty batteries. When i tried to use them i realized they were dead inspite of being within the expiry date. Feeling bad i went to the dealer again and told him about it. He told me that these batteries do not have much power... at the most they last about 1 film. When i told him that the given pair does not have ANY POWER at all, he was kind enough to give me another pair. When i tried these too, i realized that they were dead too. Suddenly feelings of being cheated by such a big company engulfed me. Ever since my childhood days i have been using your products..with never a complaint. In fact one does not expect to have any complaints against a company of such repute. Kindly therefore, look into this mater seriously, and help me overpower the strong feelings of having been cheated. The battery details are as follows: 2 AA zinc chloride batteries, mfg date: 01, expiry date: 01, CAT 492 2035, 9 026689 220356 (bar code details). Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
