Delay in RC

I took a delivery of Wagnor (DL 8C Q 6067) on 29.06.09 from DD Motors, Wazairpur. At that time they ensured me that RC will be given within three months. Now 4 months & 09 days has been elapsed, but no RC is given to me, despite my repeated calling. I faced lots of trouble when I go for drive because police asked me for RC. (my son's mobile No. 9212231176)

Pls look into the matter and direct the DD Motors, Wazirpur to give RC immediately.
