DELAY IN RC

I SENT THE COMPLAINT ON 08.11.09 AT 59.178.134.179 WITH REGARDS TO DELAY IN PROVIDING R.C. IN RESPCET OF Wagnor (DL 8C Q 6067) WHICH WAS BOUGHT ON 29.06.09 from DD Motors, Wazairpur. At that time they ensured me that RC will be given within three months. Now 4 months & 12 days has been elapsed, but no RC is given to me, despite my repeated calling AND COMPLAINT SEND ON 08.11.09. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO DRIVE WITHOUT RC IN DELHI. MY CONTACT NO. IS 9212231176. PLS DO THE NEEDFUL.
