Non delivery of Swift Zxi ca

Dear All Concerned,

Myself, NILOY DAS, a resident of 4, Godavari Apartments, Alaknanda, New Delhi-110019 has booked a SWIFT Zxi (Azzure Grey) from Marketing Times (GK-II), a dealer of Maruti in Delhi.

The booking as been done during the month of August'08 and also a token advance has been payed in this regard on 17th Aug, 08. But to my utter dismay the dealer informed me couple of days back that there is no production of the particular model (in azzure grey color) and they are unsure when the vehicle would be delivered!!

This has put me into great trouble and complete disorientation of my piece of mind, as this particualar incident has happened with me with such a reputed company like Maruti.

Also this has resulted me a net loss of around INR 20, 000 on the financial front due to depreciated value of my old car for exchange as well the additional margin money in lieu of increase in the car loan interest rate.

Who has to be held responsible for this???

I would like to request you to look at my request with outmost priority, as till date neither the dealer nor the company could confirm me about the delivery of the desired vehicle.
