Maruti suzuki dealer at Bokaro
Poor service

I have purchased a maruti alto on 24.10.08 from Hindustan auto agency, Bokaro, Jharkhand. At the time of buying the car registration fees was collected by dealer and it was assured that regn. would be done within 15 days. But since then 2 months approx has been elapsed but dealer yet to provide me any regn. number. I have made several phone calls but each and every time I got a callous response. I have been intercepted by police for using the car without regn. number and was booked for same. I informed the dealer about the incidents and risk about using the car without regn number but still they are not serious about the matter and reluctant to furnish me the regn. number. as a result I have to keep my car idle for last one month.
