Delay in Delivery / Wrong Commitment

HI this is Ujjwal from Mumbai and i had booked Swift Dzire from Spectra motors on September 2nd 2009 and while i was making a payment for booking the car i was promised that i would get the delivery by 15th oct and i had clearly mentioned to the agent there that if i dont get the delivery by 15th then i dont want to book the vehicle now i'll come back later but the agent askedd his Tl who gave me assurance that i would get it by 15th oct now they are sayin that they cant give me delivery dates till 1st week november... I really want to complain that just for sales a dealer cant promise wrong date or wrong commtiment...
