Sir/Madam,
I am a serving defence officer. I chose Maruti over other automobile companies while purchasing a car, only because of the good service available, as I am in a job that takes me to remote places.
My Car (Esteem LXi dec model) met with an accident and i gave it for repairs to Coral Motors at Bareilly UP in the last week of Jan. As on 15th Mar 09, the repair work on the car has just commenced. The attitude of the service station has been very callous, and they have quoted that another 25 days would be required for the repairs. Lame excuses have been quoted for the delay. I request you to kindly look into the matter.
