Poor service/duplicate spare parts

I had sent my accidental car (Maruti Suzuki Estilo-engine no.3266655 chasis no.142745, reg. no. CG-04-FG-8001) to Sparsh Automobiles, Raipur, C.G. for repairing/serivicing on 12.03.2009. Estimate of Rs.60147.16 were given to me. One day I went the service station to receive my car. I found duplicate parts were fitted, Servicing also not done properly. All the settings also were not properly. I left my car there after getting no satisfaction reply.
